- Venue Painting Company (referred to as "the Company") agrees to provide painting services as agreed upon with the client (referred to as "the Client").
- Services may include, but are not limited to, surface preparation, priming, painting, and clean-up.
Quotation and Payment
- The Company will provide the Client with a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work, materials, and costs.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
- The Client may cancel the project by providing written notice to the Company. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the stage of the project.
Materials and Quality
- The Company will use high-quality materials suitable for the project unless otherwise specified by the Client.
- The Client agrees to provide access to the venue and necessary facilities for the completion of the project.
Workmanship and Warranty
- The Company warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
- Any defects in workmanship will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost to the Client within a specified warranty period.
Insurance
- The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, for the duration of the project.
Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, vandalism or pre-existing conditions of the venue.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Amendments
- Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Severability
- If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
